in the heart of Burlington and are .5 miles to Fletcher Allen Hospital, UVM, Champlain College, and downtown Burlington. All
of the apartment completely furnished, including linens and cookware, everything shown in photos. Rent for our studio apartments
is $1350 per month based on a three month lease all inclusive. All utilities are included (except phone), as well
as basic cable and off-street parking. Free wireless internet is available in the building. A coin operated washer and dryer
are also located on the first floor.
